Hold & Cancel Rules

A. Before the pack line

Cancel via Track & Support while the order is still pre-packing for a full refund to the original rail.

B. After the label prints

Once a shipment label exists, cancellation is usually closed. Refusing delivery may deduct return and spoilage costs from any refund.

C. COD discipline

Repeated COD refusals without cause can pause COD privileges on the account.

D. Refund timing

Approved refunds start within 5–7 business days; bank or UPI settlement depends on the provider.
