A. Purpose of the vault

P. K TRADERS keeps personal data only to run the seed atelier: accounts, verified checkout, dispatch, and customer care. We do not auction or rent personal profiles to advertisers.

B. What enters the vault

• Identity desk: name, email, and hashed credentials.
• Fulfilment desk: shipping address, phone, basket lines, and chosen payment rail.
• Care desk: messages from Contact, Help, or Track & Support.
• Integrity signals: browser, session tokens, and IP used for abuse prevention.

C. How the vault works

• Confirm logins and block duplicate or fraudulent registrations.
• Hand parcels to courier partners for India-wide delivery.
• Send transactional notes on packing, transit, and remedies.
• Meet tax and bookkeeping duties tied to the GST registration.

D. How long we keep it

Commercial and tax records stay for the statutory window. Optional marketing consent — if ever collected separately — can be withdrawn by writing to support@pktraders.store.

E. Your levers

Request access, correction, or deletion (subject to mandatory retention) from support@pktraders.store using your registered address.

F. Hardening

Passwords use one-way hashing. Card rails, when used, stay with certified gateways; full PAN data is never stored on atelier servers.
